Presented by the Ocracoke Island Decoy Carvers Guild, the 6th Annual Ocracoke Island Waterfowl Festival will take place in the Ocracoke School Gymnasium. The annual festival draws attendees which include carvers and collectors from Ocracoke Island and the region. Explore the displays of carvers showing and selling their items. There will be decoy carvings of redheads, ruddy ducks, sprigtail, blue bills, ringnecks, swans, geese, shorebirds and more, along with artwork and artifacts related to North Carolina’s rich waterfowl tradition. Merchandise will be available for sale including T-shirts, the popular event poster, and raffles.
